We have been visiting many sites around the area - hiking and exploring.  There have been some areas where my heart has been racing and I have been hesitant to go to that edge, to check it out further, but I have pushed forward and went a little further..... I am so thrilled that I have done this! I have had so many eye opening experiences that have brought tears to my eyes and releasing of so many fears.  I continue to move forward on the journey of facing challenges.
So to all of you that have been afraid to step out of your comfort zones, out of those old patterns of routine and habits - I say to you, it is well worth the effort, the pain and the challenges that go with it!
